Pin and topstitch circle to background.

9. Spray the raw edges of 2 half-circle designs with fabric sizing, and press the fabric to the paper side. Carefully remove the paper. Center and align the edge of a 7” × 13¼” background rectangle with the straight edge of a half-circle. With a small zigzag stitch and invisible thread, topstitch the half-circle to the background fabric. Make 2.

10. Align and sew the remaining half-circle designs to the pieces from Step 9. Press to the background fabric. Make 2.

11. Center and sew the half-circle pieces to the full-circle piece. Trim the sides of the center circle background even with the half-circle pieces.
